Hilltops has always been one of NSW’s most quietly exciting wine regions — high country, cool nights and producers who know how to coax plenty of character from the place.

On Halloween, FIX in the Sydney CBD is giving the table over to five of them for one generous Saturday-night dinner.

Starting with canapés and bubbles, moving through textural whites and spice driven reds.

The producers joining together are Ballinaclash, Barwang Wines, Freeman Vineyards, Grove Estate and Trandari.

The full menu and final wine pairings are still being polished and will be added shortly.
